Poco has unveiled the new additions to its C Series smartphone lineup: the Poco C81 and Poco C81x.
Poco C81
First, let's discuss the Poco C81. This 4G smartphone is equipped with the Unisoc T7250 SoC and features 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM. It offers 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card. Software-wise, it runs on Android 16-based HyperOS 3, with a promise of four major Android updates and six years of security updates.
The Poco C81 boasts a 6.9-inch 120Hz HD+ LCD display, providing up to 800 nits of HBM brightness. The display features a notch for the 8MP selfie camera, while the rear houses a dual-camera setup led by a 13MP primary camera.
Powering the Poco C81 is a robust 6,300 mAh battery, a significant highlight of the device. It supports 15W charging and has the capability for reverse wired charging at 7.5W, allowing users to charge other devices.
Additional features of the Poco C81 include an IP52 rating, wet touch support for the display, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB-C connectivity, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
This smartphone is available in a single 4GB/64GB configuration and comes in three attractive color options: Sunset Gold, Sky Blue, and Elite Black.

Next, we have the Poco C81x, which maintains the core features of the C81 but comes with a different design, reduced RAM, a smaller display with lower brightness, a single rear camera, and a smaller battery capacity.
The Poco C81x is equipped with 3GB RAM, a 6.88-inch display with 650 nits of HBM brightness, a 13MP rear camera, and a 5,200 mAh battery. It operates on Android 15 and will receive two major Android upgrades alongside four years of security updates.
The Poco C81x is available in a single 3GB/64GB configuration and can be purchased in two colors: Ice Blue and Crystal Black.

The Poco C81x is priced at INR 9,999 ($105/€90), while the Poco C81 is available for INR 10,999 ($115/€100). Both models will be available for purchase in India through Flipkart starting April 27.
