Upcoming vivo X500 Series Leaked: Design, Display Sizes, and SoC Specifications

Vivo is gearing up for the launch of its latest smartphone lineup, including the X500, X500 Pro, and X500 Pro Max, set to debut next month. Fresh leaks from prominent tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo have revealed intriguing details about the devices, including their design features, display sizes, and chipsets.

The design differentiation is notable across the models: the Pro variants will feature large, centered circular camera islands, while the standard X500 will showcase a smaller circular camera bump located in the top left corner of the rear panel.

In terms of display size, the X500 Pro is expected to sport a 6.37-inch screen, while the Pro Max will feature a larger 6.85-inch display. The standard X500 will come with a 6.59-inch panel. Notably, both Pro models will have more rounded corners compared to their predecessors.

Regarding performance, the standard X500 is rumored to be powered by a 3nm SoC, while the Pro models are expected to utilize a 2nm chip, presumably the MediaTek Dimensity 9600. The vanilla variant may come equipped with the Dimensity 9500 or a variant like the 9600s for enhanced performance.

On the camera front, the X500 Pro is believed to have an impressive camera setup featuring a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.28" type LOFIC sensor, followed by a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 64MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, using a 1/2" type sensor. The Pro Max is expected to maintain the same main camera while upgrading to a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. Battery capacity across all models is anticipated to be no less than 7,000 mAh.
