Motorola has unveiled the Moto Pad 70 Pro, the successor to the Moto Pad 60 Pro launched last April. This new tablet, owned by Lenovo, is equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC and offers configurations of up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It runs on Android 16 right out of the box, with promised upgrades to Android 17 and 18, alongside security updates until 2030.

The Moto Pad 70 Pro supports 120FPS gaming and features Smart Connect, allowing for seamless file sharing and connectivity with compatible smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

It boasts a 13-inch 3.5K display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 12-bit color depth, brightness of 800 nits, and Dolby Vision support; however, Motorola has not specified whether the display is LCD or AMOLED.

Photography on the Moto Pad 70 Pro is supported by dual cameras— a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera.

Powering the device is a considerable 10,200 mAh battery that supports 45W charging; intriguingly, it ships with a 68W power adapter. The package also includes the Moto Pen Pro stylus, but the Snap-On Keyboard is sold separately.

Additional features of the Motorola Moto Pad 70 Pro include quad JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos, a microSD card slot for storage expansion of up to 2TB, PC Mode functionality, Bluetooth 6.0, and Wi-Fi 7. Notably, the tablet does not support LTE connectivity.

The Moto Pad 70 Pro is 6.2mm thick, constructed from metal, weighs 589g, and comes in a single Pantone Titan color. It offers two memory configurations: 8GB/128GB priced at INR 36,999 and 8GB/256GB priced at INR 39,999; the 8GB/256GB model bundled with the Snap-On Keyboard costs INR 45,999.

Sales of the Motorola Moto Pad 70 Pro will commence in India on July 4, available through Motorola's official website, Flipkart, and various retail stores nationwide.
