The Lava Smart 4 Plus has been unveiled, and it stands out in the market of budget-friendly smartphones. This device features the Unisoc 9863A chipset (28nm), a 6.75-inch 720p+ display, a 5,000mAh battery, a 13MP main camera, and a 5MP selfie camera. In fact, it is part of a growing lineup, with at least six models boasting similar specifications.
This Android 15 Go Edition phone is designed for those seeking 4G-only connectivity without breaking the bank, priced at just ₹10,000 ($106 / €93).
Due to its limited RAM of 4GB LPDDR4X and built-in storage of 64GB, it runs the Go Edition of Android. Fortunately, it includes a 2+1 hybrid card slot that can accommodate two SIM cards and a microSD card of up to 256GB.

The front of the device features a 6.75-inch LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1,612 pixels (20:9 aspect ratio) and a refresh rate of 90Hz, although it has a relatively modest brightness of 450 nits. The display includes a notched 5MP selfie camera.
On the back, users will find a 13MP rear camera accompanied by what appears to be a depth sensor. Additionally, the smartphone includes a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
With a robust 5,000mAh battery, the Lava Smart 4 Plus supports charging at 10W via USB-C. On the plus side, it is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack and FM radio functionality.
