Samsung Galaxy S26 Series: Battery Capacities Revealed Ahead of Launch

Samsung's Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra are set to be officially unveiled in less than 48 hours, on February 25. Ahead of this event, their mandatory EU Energy Labels have been released, confirming the battery capacities of the devices.

As has been speculated frequently, the only model gaining a larger battery compared to its predecessor is the standard S26, which features a battery rated at 4,175 mAh and will be marketed as having a typical capacity of 4,300 mAh.

The Galaxy S26+ is equipped with a battery rated at 4,755 mAh, with a typical capacity advertisement of 4,900 mAh, while the Galaxy S26 Ultra boasts a battery rated at 4,855 mAh, which will be marketed as 5,000 mAh typical capacity.

All three models are designed to retain at least 80% of their initial battery capacity over 1,200 full charging cycles. They each carry an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, as well as an A rating for drop resistance and a C rating for repairability.
