A yet-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy M-series smartphone has surfaced on Geekbench, showcasing an unexpected chipset choice. The Samsung Galaxy model SM-M676K, speculated to be the Galaxy M67, is powered by the Exynos 2200. The Exynos 2200 is a 4nm chipset with a 1+3+4 CPU configuration and a maximum clock speed of 2.8GHz. It features an Xclipse GPU based on AMD's RDNA2 architecture, marking it as the first mobile GPU to offer hardware-accelerated ray tracing.

The Galaxy M67 achieved a score of 1,589 in the single-core test and 3,923 in the multi-core test of the benchmark. It is also equipped with 8GB of RAM and runs on Android 17, likely with One UI 8.5 overlay.
