The Trump Mobile saga continues to take a troubling turn. The company's first smartphone, a rebranded HTC U24 Pro, was originally expected to ship in August or September of last year. Unfortunately, those shipments have been delayed, but they are now reportedly imminent.
However, a new issue has arisen. Trump Mobile has confirmed to TechCrunch that it exposed sensitive customer information, including names, phone numbers, home addresses, and email addresses on its website.

The company is currently investigating the incident and has found no evidence of malicious use. The exposure appears to be connected to a third-party platform provider that facilitates "certain Trump Mobile operations," according to company spokesperson Chris Walker. The identity of this platform provider has not been disclosed.
Despite the data exposure, the company maintains that there was no breach of its network, systems, or infrastructure. This raises questions since the customer data was easily accessible on their website. Walker also stated that Trump Mobile is now "evaluating whether it needs to notify customers about the exposure of their personal data."
