Samsung is reportedly developing a wide version of its Galaxy Z Fold. Last year, speculative renders hinted at its design, but with the introduction of One UI 9, we now have a clearer glimpse of this foldable smartphone.
Recently, test builds for the unannounced Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Flip8 surfaced, accompanied by several animations. These animations provide a quasi-official preview of the wide Galaxy Z Fold.
While these animations do not disclose extensive information, their presence in the One UI 9 builds indicates that Samsung is indeed working on the wide Galaxy Z Fold. However, this does not guarantee a launch this year or at all, as plans may evolve.
