During Lenovo Tech Day 2026 at CES, Motorola made several exciting announcements, including the introduction of its first book-style foldable phone, the Razr Fold, and the new Motorola Signature. Here’s an overview of the key announcements from the event.
Motorola launched the Razr 60 FIFA World Cup 26 Edition, a limited-edition foldable phone tailored for FIFA enthusiasts. The clamshell design features a soft-textured rear panel adorned with FIFA World Cup patterns.

Available in a striking green color, this device shares the same specifications as the standard Razr 60. Notably, users will benefit from customized wallpapers, a FIFA-themed ringtone, and a FIFA watermark for their photos.
The Razr 60 FIFA World Cup Edition will be exclusively available in the US and Canada starting from February 12, priced at $700.
Next, Motorola unveiled the new Moto Watch, marking a partnership with Polar for enhanced fitness and health tracking. This smartwatch features a 1.43-inch circular OLED display protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and includes a PPG sensor, Bluetooth 5.3, dual-frequency GPS, and an IP68 rating.

The Moto Watch comes in aluminum finishes with a stainless steel crown and Pantone color bands. Motorola claims it can deliver up to 13 days of battery life without an always-on display. Additional features include continuous heart-rate tracking, sleep insights, and support for various workout modes.
It will be available in select markets across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Oceania, with options for stainless steel, silicone, or soft-luxe bands.

Motorola also introduced the Sound Flow, a portable Bluetooth speaker that features Sound by Bose. This speaker integrates a 20W woofer, a 10W tweeter, and dual passive radiators, with support for Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 5, and UWB. Rated IP67, it houses a 6,000mAh battery, offering up to 12 hours of playback time.
The Sound Flow has a stylish twill-textured fabric finish and is available in Pantone Carbon and Pantone Warm Taupe colors, complete with capacitive touch controls.

Additionally, Motorola unveiled the Moto Pen Ultra and Moto Tag 2 at the event.
The Moto Pen Ultra features a 1.4mm tip, Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, an impressive 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, and a 6-axis motion sensor. It comes with a USB Type-C charging case, carries an IP55 rating, weighs only 4.7g, and boasts sub-5ms latency.

The refreshed Moto Tag 2 utilizes UWB technology, Bluetooth channel sounding, and the Find Hub network. It is rated IP68 and is designed to last up to 500 days on a user-replaceable battery. A dedicated button allows users to locate paired devices or function as a remote camera shutter.
Finally, Motorola introduced Qira, a unified AI assistant developed in collaboration with Lenovo, and showcased Project Maxwell, an AI Perceptive Companion proof of concept.
Qira is designed to provide a seamless, cross-device AI experience, simplifying the way users navigate apps, AI tools, and hardware. It consolidates offerings from Motorola and Lenovo, such as moto AI, Lenovo AI Now, Creator Zone, and Learning Zone into one cohesive platform.

Qira operates as a system-level, context-aware AI, activated by the wake phrase "Hey, Qira," a dedicated hardware key, or a persistent on-screen pill. Motorola plans to introduce Qira on select Lenovo devices in Q1 2026, followed by an expansion to Motorola devices afterward.
Meanwhile, Project Maxwell, developed by Motorola’s 312 Labs, seeks innovative ways to incorporate AI into daily life. It is a wearable accessory equipped with a camera and microphone that integrates with Qira to continuously process visual, audio, and environmental data, providing real-time, context-aware insights.

Powered by Multimodal Perception Fusion and Natural Language Interaction and Intention Capture technologies, Project Maxwell aims to enhance user experience through intelligent interactions.
