Honor 700 Series Officially Showcased With Rear Displays Across All Three Models

Honor has pulled back the curtain on its next-generation flagship lineup, giving the world its first official look at the Honor 700 series ahead of launch. The standout revelation? Every single model in the family will ship with a secondary display on the back — a design choice that could set the series apart in an increasingly crowded premium smartphone market.

The company revealed the design, colorways, and storage options for the upcoming lineup in China, confirming three distinct models: the standard Honor 700, the more powerful Honor 700 Pro, and the Honor 700S.

Pre-orders are already live on Honor's official Chinese online store, even though an exact launch date remains under wraps. If current expectations hold, the phones should be formally introduced before the end of this month.

The most eye-catching element of the new design is the square-shaped rear screen, which is integrated directly into the camera plateau on all three devices — the Honor 700, 700 Pro, and 700S alike.

Honor has yet to divulge detailed specifications, but it has confirmed the full color palette. Buyers will be able to choose from four finishes: Blue Tone, Cold White, Clear Sky, and Pink Mist.

On the front, the trio appears to share a common design language, featuring slim, evenly sized bezels wrapping around the display and a centered hole-punch cutout housing the selfie camera.

On the hardware front, leaks have begun filling in the gaps. The standard Honor 700 is rumored to run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, while the Pro variant is expected to step up to the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. Both devices are also said to feature a periscope telephoto camera with teleconverter support, hinting at serious zoom capabilities.

The Honor 700 Pro, in particular, is shaping up to be a heavyweight. Rumors point to a 6.57-inch display, a massive 9,000mAh battery, and a 200MP primary rear camera — specifications that would place it firmly among the most capable flagships of the year.
