A refreshed HMD Pulse Pro has appeared in a Thai retailer listing, suggesting that the company is preparing a second edition of its budget device. The new model, named HMD Pulse Pro 2nd Edition, keeps the original design language but upgrades key hardware.
Listed on what appears to be the Nokia Official Shop for THB 4,990 (about $148), the phone is described as having a 120Hz screen, a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a 50MP main camera, and a 50MP front camera. The listing also mentions AI camera features, while the design remains identical to the first-generation Pulse Pro.
For context, the original HMD Pulse Pro featured a 6.65-inch 720p display with a 90Hz refresh rate, the Unisoc T606 chipset, and up to 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage. According to earlier leaks from the same source, this second edition may arrive in Europe with a 6.56-inch HD+ 120Hz display, a 50MP OIS main camera paired with a 2MP secondary sensor, and a 5,000mAh battery with 20W charging.
The same tipster has claimed that HMD Fusion and Crest Max will also receive second edition updates, with the Fusion using the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 and the Crest Max using the Dimensity 7025. HMD has previously used the second edition name, as seen with the Nokia C2 2nd Edition released in 2022.
Separately, the rumored Pulse 2 Pro was listed by a Swiss retailer ahead of IFA 2025 but did not launch. More recent leaks point to a Pulse 2T Pro with a 6.78-inch OLED 120Hz screen, Helio G100 chip, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, 50MP selfie camera, 6,000mAh battery with 33W charging, IP64 rating, and a dot matrix display on the back—an upgrade above the newly surfaced model.
