Introduction: HMD has introduced the Nokia 2360 Flip, a new clamshell feature phone designed with students and older adults in mind. The device combines dual displays, a physical SOS button, and remote family management tools for a simpler and safer mobile experience.
The standout feature is Family Assist, which allows family members to manage the handset remotely. They can add contacts, set reminders, adjust volume levels, and change various settings without needing physical access to the device.
A dedicated SOS button is located on the rear panel. When pressed, it calls a preset emergency contact and sends an alert message to up to five contacts.
One limitation is that the Nokia 2360 Flip only supports 2G connectivity, which may affect usability in areas where 2G networks have been shut down.
Other specifications include a 2.8-inch main display, a 1.77-inch external screen, a removable 1,450mAh battery, a loudspeaker, a QVGA camera, 4MB of internal storage, FM radio, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Nokia 2360 Flip will be available in Burgundy Red, Charcoal, and Teal. HMD has not yet announced pricing or availability details.
