Crosscall's next durable devices may be on the way. A French tactical equipment retailer, AMG Pro, has listed the upcoming Core X7 smartphone and Core T7 tablet, both aimed at users who need hardware that can endure water, dust, drops, and extreme temperatures.

The Crosscall Core X7 is built for harsh conditions. It can withstand immersion in up to 2 meters of water for 30 minutes, including salt water, while its dust-tight design and resistance to hot water jets add extra peace of mind.

Crosscall says the handset has passed repeated drop tests from 1.2 meters under MIL-STD-810H and may survive falls from 2 meters onto concrete. It is rated for operation between -25°C and 60°C and is backed by a five-year warranty that includes the battery.

The Core X7 is a substantial device, measuring 171 x 79.5 x 13.5 mm and weighing 280 g. Details on its processor, display, and cameras remain undisclosed, but the listing confirms 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The Crosscall Core T7 tablet follows a similar rugged formula. It also offers 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while supporting Crosscall’s X-SPACE desktop environment for more productive use.

Like the phone, the tablet is designed for tough environments. It carries IP68 protection for 2-meter salt-water immersion, resists high-pressure water jets, has been drop-tested to MIL-STD-810H from 1.2 meters onto concrete, works in temperatures from -25°C to 60°C, and includes a five-year warranty.
