Honor has recently provided a glimpse into the design of its highly anticipated Magic9 series, although detailed specifications have yet to be revealed. A fresh leak has surfaced, indicating that the series will consist of three distinct models: the base Magic9, the Magic9 Pro Max, and an exciting new Magic9 Super Edition.
According to information shared by a tipster on Weibo, all models within the Honor Magic9 series will sport the same rear camera layout as showcased in the latest official renders.
The Magic9 Super Edition is highlighted to feature a sizable 6.8-inch display boasting a swift 165Hz refresh rate. Photographers will appreciate its impressive 200MP primary rear camera, complemented by additional 12MP and 50MP sensors. However, it's worth noting that this camera setup may not come with ARRI branding.
A standout feature of the Magic9 Super Edition is its colossal 11,000mAh battery, expected to provide extended usage without the need for frequent charging. Furthermore, the device is rumored to be equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a built-in cooling fan for optimal performance, a durable fiberglass body, and a single front-facing camera for selfies.
Additionally, the Honor Magic9 is anticipated to include a more compact 6.37-inch display alongside an 8,000mAh battery. This model will feature dual 200MP rear cameras co-developed with ARRI, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and a sophisticated single 3D front-facing camera for enhanced imaging capabilities.
The flagship Magic9 Pro Max is expected to feature a robust metal body, a large 6.8-inch display, dual 200MP rear cameras, and a unique 1:1 front-facing camera sensor paired with a 3D ToF camera. This powerhouse will run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Extreme chipset and house an 8,800mAh battery.
