Xiaomi has taken the wraps off its latest flagship tablet, the Pad 9 Pro Max, alongside the much-anticipated 18 Fold smartphone. This tablet boasts impressive specifications designed to enhance productivity and entertainment.
The Pad 9 Pro Max is equipped with a vibrant 13.3-inch LCD display that offers a remarkable resolution of 3408x2272, maintaining a 3:2 aspect ratio. The screen supports a high refresh rate of 144Hz and achieves a peak brightness of 1,000 nits, making it perfect for both casual browsing and high-performance gaming.
Driving the device is Xiaomi's own Xring O3 chipset, which is complemented by choices of 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB of RAM, alongside storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB, ensuring users have ample space for apps and media. The price scales up for higher configurations: CNY 5,299 ($789) for 12GB/256GB, CNY 5,799 ($864) for 16GB/256GB, CNY 6,099 ($908) for 12GB/512GB, and CNY 6,599 ($983) for 16GB/512GB. The premium Matte Glass edition is priced at CNY 6,899 ($1,027) for the 16GB/512GB variant and CNY 7,899 ($1,176) for the 16GB/1TB option. Currently, there’s no confirmation on whether the Pad 9 Pro Max will be available in international markets.
