Amidst the buzz at IFA 2026, Motorola has taken the stage to unveil a series of innovative products that promise to enhance user experience and style. From the state-of-the-art Edge 70 Plus smartphone and the feature-rich Watch Ultra smartwatch to the dazzling Swarovski Razr 70, Motorola continues to impress. The company also showcased a new magnetic wireless charger, Snap, making it a memorable keynote filled with advancements in technology and design.
Motorola Edge 70 Plus
The star of the show, the Motorola Edge 70 Plus, is the latest iteration in an extensive lineup. This smartphone comes in four Pantone-certified finishes: Gray Lilac, Milky Blue, Mountain View, and Sage, each boasting distinct textures and inspirations. For instance, Mountain View features a silk-like finish inspired by ancient forests, while Gray Lilac blends soft mauve tones with the strength of gray in a unique acetate finish.
Design-wise, the Edge 70 Plus is elegantly quad-curved on both the front and rear, eliminating sharp edges for a refined feel. It features a stunning 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED display, Pantone color validated, complemented by dual Hi-Res-certified stereo speakers for an immersive viewing experience.
Under the hood, the Edge 70 Plus packs a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM, available in 128GB or 256GB of storage. The 200MP main camera is noteworthy, offering optical image stabilization, 10x digital zoom, and 4K video capabilities, all while achieving Pantone validation for colors and skin tones. Accompanying it is a dedicated macro camera and a 32MP selfie camera.
Powered by a robust 6,500mAh battery with 45W charging capabilities, the Edge 70 Plus will roll out to select markets in Europe and the Middle East soon, with pricing details to follow.
Motorola Watch Ultra
Next up is the Motorola Watch Ultra, a sophisticated 46mm smartwatch with an IP68 and 5ATM water rating, designed for durability and performance. It runs on Wear OS by Google and is powered by the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1. The watch features a brilliant 1.5-inch OLED display with a peak brightness of 2,700 nits.
In partnership with Polar, the Watch Ultra enhances fitness tracking with features like Setene breathing exercises, detailed sleep tracking, and a custom sleep score, alongside a Running Coach functionality. It supports dual-band GPS and built-in LTE, allowing it to function independently of a phone, and includes Google Pay.
The stainless steel design comes in two color options with a variety of strap choices, making it both stylish and functional. The Watch Ultra will be available in various regions across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, North America, and Asia Pacific shortly.
Motorola Razr 70 with Crystals by Swarovski
Continuing with its theme of luxury, Motorola introduced the Swarovski edition of the Razr 70 (known as Razr 2026 in the U.S.), featuring 35 hand-placed Swarovski Crystals in Silver Night and a larger crystal embedded in the hinge. This design merges a unique PANTONE Meteorite color with a quilted soft-touch finish to create a striking appearance.
Beyond aesthetics, the Razr 70 maintains its functionality with a 3.6-inch cover display, a 6.9-inch Extreme AMOLED folding screen, and a dual-camera system led by a 50MP main sensor. With a 4,800mAh battery boasting over 36 hours of use, this limited edition is set to become a high-demand item worldwide, though pricing has not yet been disclosed.
Motorola Snap
Lastly, Motorola showcased the Snap, a 25W Qi2.2-compatible magnetic wireless charger. This innovative charger features strong magnetic alignment, compatibility with magnetic cases, and safety measures such as overheat and overcharge protection. Motorola phones can enjoy even faster charging speeds of up to 30W with the proprietary charging protocol.
With a 1.5m braided USB-C cable provided, the Snap charger will soon be available across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, North America, and Asia.
