Under the hood, the MatePad Air (2026) is equipped with the Kirin T93C chipset, offering configurations of 8GB or 12GB RAM, coupled with 256GB of internal storage. A powerful 10,100mAh battery ensures long usage with 66W fast charging available through the USB-C 3.1 port.
