India's innovative smartwatch brand Fire-Boltt has made a significant stride by stepping into the smartphone arena, unveiling two budget-friendly smartphones: the Boltt Ace 5G and Boltt Evo 4G. Both devices boast impressive specifications and are designed to cater to consumers seeking high-performance features at an accessible price point. With their sleek designs and vibrant color choices, these smartphones are expected to capture the attention of tech enthusiasts across the nation.
Boltt Ace 5G
The Boltt Ace 5G showcases a large 6.79-inch LCD display featuring a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and a brightness level of up to 600 nits. It operates on the robust Unisoc T8200 chipset, offering configurations of up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable internal storage.
For photography enthusiasts, the Boltt Ace is equipped with a 64MP primary rear camera and an 8MP front camera for selfies. Powering the device is a hefty 6,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging, ensuring that users can stay connected throughout the day. The phone comes pre-installed with stock Android 16 and supports modern connectivity options like NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, and GPS.
The device is available in a variety of colors including Arctic White, Burgundy Bliss, Forest Green, Lavender Bloom, Midnight Black, and Sky Blue.
Boltt Evo 4G
The Boltt Evo 4G is positioned as a more economical alternative, featuring the same display and battery specifications as its 5G counterpart but with a slight downgrade in performance. It is powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset and also includes up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
In terms of imaging, the Evo is equipped with a 50MP primary camera complemented by a 2MP depth sensor, while the front-facing camera is an 8MP unit. Unlike the Ace 5G, the Evo 4G does not feature NFC but retains Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS connectivity options.
Color options for the Boltt Evo 4G include Arctic White, Berry Red, Lavender Bloom, Midnight Black, and Sky Blue as well.
Pricing and Availability
The Boltt Ace 5G is priced at INR 13,999 for the 4GB/64GB variant, with upgrades available at INR 14,999 for the 6GB/128GB model and INR 15,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant. Conversely, the Boltt Evo 4G starts at INR 10,999 for its 4GB/64GB version, while the 6GB/128GB variant is available for INR 11,999.
Both smartphones are set to be officially available for purchase starting September 1 through the Flipkart platform.
