vivo has unveiled its latest addition to the T-series lineup in India with the launch of the vivo T5e, a budget-friendly smartphone that impresses with its large battery capacity and smooth display. With the recent launch of the T5 Lite and the anticipated release of the vivo S2, the T5e aims to capture the budget market by offering notable specifications without breaking the bank.
The vivo T5e is offered in a single configuration of 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, available at an affordable price of INR 13,999 (approximately $145).
Featuring a spacious 6.74-inch LCD display, the T5e boasts an HD+ resolution accompanied by a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, making it suitable for both gaming and media consumption. It is powered by a robust octa-core UniSoc T7225 chipset, paired with LPDDR4X RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage, which is extendable via a microSD card slot.
For photography enthusiasts, the T5e is equipped with a single 13MP rear camera positioned in a pill-shaped module. A 5MP front-facing camera is also included, featuring a waterdrop notch for a sleek look.
Powered by a hefty 5,500mAh battery, the smartphone supports 15W wired charging, ensuring long-lasting usage for daily tasks. The device runs on Funtouch OS 16, providing a user-friendly interface.
