Our review unit is the Mirage Green model, which boasts a textured vegan leather finish on the back panel. The phone feels well-balanced in hand.
A standout feature of the Mirage Green variant is its captivating light-up effect embedded within the vegan leather. When exposed to UV light, tiny light-emitting particles appear on the surface, creating a mesmerizing effect reminiscent of a clear night sky. You can see it in action on our TikTok.

Additionally, there's a Thermo Orange variant that changes its orange hue based on temperature—something we've previously explored with the Hot 70.

Another intriguing feature of the Hot 70 Pro is the Active Matrix Cube LED positioned within a third camera lens housing (though there are only two actual cameras). This small LED lights up for notifications such as calls and messages, and it also serves to indicate charging status. Moreover, it allows for custom animations; users can create their own emojis or select from preloaded options. The mini display also includes two entertaining games—Lucky Wheel and Lucky Numbers—designed for decision-making support.
The device boasts a dedicated AI button on its side, allowing users to perform functions like saving contacts, setting calendar events, or sending Gmail with a short press. A long press activates Infinix's Folax AI assistant.
Now, let’s delve into the specifications. The Hot 70 Pro features a 6.76-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor and comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. According to Infinix, the chipset can achieve over 780,000 points in AnTuTu and supports 90fps in compatible games.
On the rear, the Hot 70 Pro includes two cameras: an 8MP auxiliary camera and a 50MP (1/1.95-inch IMX882) wide-angle lens. The phone supports both 1x and 2x shooting modes, utilizing the 50MP camera for both applications. The purpose of the second lens remains unclear.
This device holds an IP68 rating and is MIL-STD-810 certified, ensuring it can withstand challenging conditions (though Infinix doesn't specify the exact nature of these conditions). Depending on the market, users can choose between two battery options: 6,000mAh or 5,600mAh.
