Unfortunately, the lack of stock rendered the voucher nearly useless, as 95% of the OnePlus shop was empty, with only discounted items available for purchase, which the voucher couldn't be used on.

A Voucher for Nothing: Disappointing Customer Experiences

Another user reported a similar experience with their OnePlus Buds Pro 2, which failed while under warranty. After being offered a €199 voucher, they discovered that there were no available headphones in the store that matched their needs. Even an attempt to apply the voucher towards a repair was denied, adding to their frustration.
