Samsung has officially announced its upcoming Unpacked event, scheduled for July 22 in London. Ahead of this event, a series of leaks have surfaced, revealing official-looking renders of the smartphones and smartwatches slated for launch.
Let’s begin with the Galaxy Z Fold8, a wide foldable designed to compete directly with Apple's anticipated iPhone Ultra.

The Fold8 will be offered in Cream, Graphite, and Lavender, with Pistachio available exclusively through Samsung's online store. It is rumored to feature a 5.5-inch cover display and a 7.6-inch main display, boasting a 4:3 aspect ratio, all while weighing approximately 200g, a relatively light option for foldables.

When unfolded, it is expected to measure 4.5mm in thickness, and 9.7mm when folded. The device will run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, coupled with 12GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB. The battery capacity is projected to be 4,800 mAh.
The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra will succeed the Galaxy Z Fold7, although the naming is somewhat confusing. It will reportedly be available in white, black, and purple, alongside a green variant exclusive to Samsung's online store.

The design mirrors that of the Galaxy Z Fold7. This model will also feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, with 12GB of RAM and similar storage options. The battery is expected to be 5,000 mAh with support for 45W wired charging. Camera specifications include a 200MP main camera, a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide lens.

The Galaxy Z Flip8 will be available in Cream, Graphite, and Pink, with a Mint colorway expected (though not shown in the images), possibly exclusive to Samsung’s online store.
