This year, Samsung is set to debut the Galaxy Tab S12+ and the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra. Both tablets are anticipated to be unveiled alongside the Galaxy S26 FE, likely in early September. Samsung has been consistently releasing new models, introducing the Galaxy Tab Ultra each year, while the standard and Plus models alternate years. In 2025, we saw the launch of the Galaxy Tab S11, and this year, the focus shifts to the S12+.
Recently, the Galaxy Tab S12+ received certification from Safety Korea, resulting in the live image displayed below, showcasing the tablet from the front.
The tablet has model numbers SM-X840 and SM-X846N, with the latter representing the Korean variant that includes 5G connectivity. While the image confirms that this is indeed a Samsung tablet, maintaining the design language of its predecessors, it does not provide details regarding its specifications.
Unfortunately, the certification process has not revealed any technical specs for the tablet. However, with the expected launch in September, we can anticipate more rumors and details in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
