Nvidia wants gamers to know that it continues to prioritize their interests, despite its recent focus on artificial intelligence endeavors. The company has announced the release of GeForce Trading Cards Series 1, which celebrates "some of GeForce PC gaming's greatest moments." This move illustrates Nvidia's commitment to the gaming community, even as new GPUs for gamers are expected to debut next year.
In the meantime, gamers can collect the GeForce Trading Cards, offered for free and available in 14 unique designs. These designs highlight notable products such as the NV1, GeForce 256, GeForce 3, GeForce 7800 GTX, GeForce 10 series, and the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Cyberpunk 2077 Edition.
The cards will be distributed through Nvidia's Summer of RTX giveaways via its social media channels, as well as at select summer gaming expos and community events, including Bilibili World, QuakeCon, and gamescom.
Given that this collection is officially titled GeForce Trading Cards Series 1, it suggests that additional series may be released in the future.
