Last week, Samsung announced the upcoming launch of the Galaxy M47 5G in India. The company has now disclosed several key specifications for the smartphone, along with its official launch date.
The Samsung Galaxy M47 5G is set to be unveiled in India on June 29. It will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+.

The device will come equipped with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. On the software side, the Galaxy M47 5G will ship with Android 16-based One UI 8.5. Samsung has committed to providing six generations of Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates.
While the company has not yet confirmed the chipset, a recent Geekbench listing indicates that the phone may be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC.

Additionally, Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy M47 5G will be equipped with a large battery that supports 45W fast charging, along with bypass charging capabilities.
For photography enthusiasts, the device will feature a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP main sensor, a 5MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. A 12MP camera for selfies will be housed within a hole-punch cutout.

The Samsung Galaxy M47 5G will be available in two attractive color options: Blaze Blue and Rogue Red.
