Samsung Galaxy A27 and Redmi 17 4G: Certification Signals Impending Release

The forthcoming Samsung Galaxy A27 has already appeared in two sets of leaked renders and was also noted in the Geekbench database. Now certified for sale in Singapore by the IMDA, this crucial regulatory step indicates that its launch is imminent.

The device will feature dual-SIM support as well as connectivity options including 5G, NFC, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. These are the details confirmed by certification. As per the previously mentioned Geekbench listing, the A27 is equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC, complemented by 6GB of RAM.

Additionally, the IMDA has certified the Redmi 17 4G, which is also set to launch soon. Notably, the brand has skipped the number 16, positioning this model as the successor to the Redmi 15 4G. The Redmi 17 will include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC.

According to prior certification by the FCC, the Redmi 17 4G will be available in six RAM/storage configurations: 4/128GB, 6/128GB, 6/256GB, 6/512GB, 8/256GB, and 8/512GB.
