Last weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the stunning city of Budapest and attend the UEFA Champions League Final, featuring Paris Saint Germain and Arsenal. Thanks to Oppo, an official global partner of UEFA, I received a ticket for the game, which allowed me to test the Find X9 Ultra's camera and the teleconverter from its Earth Explorer Kit during my travels.
While this article does not provide an in-depth analysis of the camera's image quality—previously covered by my colleagues in a detailed review, which you can find here—I invite you to enjoy the beautiful images captured during the match and around the picturesque Hungarian capital. All photos were taken on the phone using default JPG settings with no post-processing.
Before the game, I had some time to explore Budapest's historic sights, starting with the Fisherman's Bastion. This UNESCO World Heritage site, perched near Buda Castle, offers magnificent views of the city.
Next, I visited St. Stephen's Basilica, the largest church in Budapest, renowned for its elaborate interior. The dim lighting provided an excellent opportunity for the Find X9 Ultra to showcase its capabilities.
During a break, I attended a 5v5 exhibition match featuring legendary players, including Claude Makelele and Arsenal's Theo Walcott. This event was part of the UEFA Champions Festival, where football fans gather yearly in the host city to enjoy themed activities ahead of the final.
Afterward, I made my way to Liberty Bridge, known for its Art Nouveau design and yellow trams, which served as great backdrops for photography.
We concluded our day with a Danube River cruise, providing an exquisite view of the Parliament Building, especially mesmerizing under dramatic lighting.
On the second day, it was finally time for the match at Puskas Arena. I utilized the 300mm teleconverter for most of the photos and videos taken during this exciting event.
The pre-game show featured a performance by the Killers, followed by the teams entering the pitch.
Arsenal took an early lead when Kai Havertz scored in the sixth minute. PSG attempted to respond, but clear scoring opportunities were scarce.

Highlights from the first half
PSG was denied a penalty after a handball by Bukayo Saka was deemed unintentional, following a mistimed clearance.
The second half continued similarly until Cristhian Mosquera fouled Khvicha Kvaratshkelia in the box, resulting in a penalty for PSG. Ousmane Dembele successfully converted to equalize, and momentum seemed to be shifting. However, Arsenal's defensive strategy remained robust.

Although most action occurred in Arsenal's half, their defense excelled, limiting PSG's scoring chances.
The match proceeded to penalties, where Arsenal's keeper Raya made a crucial save following a miss by Eze. Ultimately, Gabriel's tenth penalty sailed high, securing the trophy for Paris for another year.
