Xiaomi is the latest Android manufacturer to announce support for Apple's AirDrop within its Quick Share feature. The news was shared on X through the official HyperOS account, Xiaomi’s proprietary Android interface.

Currently, Xiaomi indicates that AirDrop support is accessible via Quick Share on its devices, although it's still unspecified whether this feature is available on all models or only select ones. However, if you own a Xiaomi phone and an Apple device, you can easily test the functionality by attempting to share files from the Xiaomi device, which should then appear in the Quick Share menu.
It's important to note that using this feature may require a HyperOS update, as has been the case with other Android manufacturers in recent months. If an update is necessary, it may take some time before this functionality is available across the entire range of Xiaomi devices.
