Redmi unveiled the Turbo 5 in China back in January, and the company recently started teasing its arrival in India. Following a series of promotional teasers, the brand has officially announced the smartphone’s launch date for the Indian market.
According to a teaser on Amazon India, the Turbo 5 will make its debut in the country on June 16. The promotional material emphasizes that this smartphone is the brand’s fastest Redmi to date.
If the Redmi Turbo 5 arriving in India is similar to the Chinese variant, it will likely feature the Dimensity 8500 Ultra SoC.
In China, the device boasts a 6.59-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 7,560mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging, and a 50MP primary rear camera.
