Samsung continues to roll out One UI 8.5, its latest version of the Android skin, initially introduced with the Galaxy S26 lineup earlier this year. After a beta testing phase concluding in early May for older devices, the company has steadily begun deploying the update to various handsets.

As of today, the 2023 Galaxy A54 is the latest device to receive One UI 8.5, although it is currently limited to Korea, where it is marketed as the Galaxy Quantum 4. Despite the different branding, it shares the same model number and is functionally equivalent to the Galaxy A54.
The version of One UI 8.5 being distributed in Korea is labeled as A546SKSUGFZE2. Historically, once an update is initiated in Korea, it typically becomes available in other regions within a week, barring significant issues during the Korean rollout, which appears unlikely in this case.
