Not all sites are working, could it be a DNS routing issue? Connected through T-FIBER, but cannot access Google or YouTube sites.

Customer Dissatisfaction: T-Mobile Under Fire

T-Mobile aimed to gain traction in the home internet market by acquiring Lumos, a fiber-optic network, investing $950 million in the process. This acquisition allowed T-Mobile to rebrand the service as T-Fiber. However, many former Lumos users feel that the service has deteriorated since the takeover.

Hey @TMobileHelp — Fiber service is down for many, yet there’s been zero communication. Customer support is closed, and the T-Life app doesn’t help with outages. I had to reach out to an engineer just to get basic WiFi info. You need to do better!
