The vivo S60 series has officially launched in China, introducing two models: the vivo S60 and S60 Vitality Edition. While they share some specifications, the S60 is equipped with a more powerful chipset and a telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

Both smartphones boast 6.59-inch AMOLED displays with a resolution of 2,750×1,260 pixels (1.5K) and a 120Hz refresh rate. vivo claims a peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits under HDR conditions. Each model includes a 50MP front camera and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The S60 is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, with options for up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. In contrast, the Vitality Edition is equipped with MediaTek's new Dimensity 7500, paired with 12GB of RAM and a maximum of 512GB storage.
On the rear, both devices feature a camera setup reminiscent of the iPhone 17 Pro series. They each include a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP ultrawide camera. However, the S60 also adds a 50MP telephoto lens.
Both models are equipped with a substantial 7,200mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging. Additionally, they feature IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. The software is powered by OriginOS 6, based on Android 16.
The vivo S60 and S60 Vitality Edition are available in three colors: Starry Sea, Early Summer Green, and Midsummer Night. They will go on open sale in China starting June 3.

The S60 Vitality Edition starts at CNY 2,899 (approximately $428/€366) for the 8GB/256GB model, reaching up to CNY 3,499 (around $516/€442) for the 12GB/512GB variant.
The vivo S60, on the other hand, starts at CNY 3,599 (about $530/€454) for the 12GB/256GB configuration, with a maximum price of CNY 4,399 (approximately $689/€555) for the 16GB/512GB model.
