In an unexpected turn of events, T-Mobile has discovered that its customers wield considerable power when it comes to service expectations. The telecom giant, initially confident in its ability to implement sweeping changes, has been forced to backpedal on two controversial policy updates that angered its user base. Meanwhile, only 62 individuals (12%) maintained an optimistic view, believing that T-Mobile genuinely valued customer feedback and made changes accordingly.
