A new smartphone from vivo has quietly launched in Mexico. The vivo T5 is a budget-friendly 4G device powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 2 chipset, and one of its standout features is a robust 7,200mAh battery.

The vivo T5 4G boasts a 6.75-inch LCD display offering a 120Hz refresh rate and an HD+ resolution.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 2 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

The impressive 7,200mAh battery supports 44W fast wired charging, with vivo claiming it provides up to 45 hours of video playback on a single charge.

On the rear, the vivo T5 4G features a sleek metal camera module housing a 50MP main camera along with a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, it is equipped with a 32MP front camera.

The smartphone operates on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 right out of the box, and it includes features such as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, IP68/IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, and stereo speakers.

In terms of connectivity, the vivo T5 offers dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, dual SIM 4G support, NFC capabilities, an infrared blaster, and a USB Type-C port.

The vivo T5 4G is available in Mexico in Black and Gold color variants, priced at MXN 5,799 ($335) for the sole 8GB/256GB model.
