The iQOO 15T marks the debut of the brand's T-series, featuring a distinct chip compared to the standard iQOO 15 and Ultra models. It replaces the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 “Monster Edition” SoC.

This custom version of the regular 9500 enhances frame-rate stability through iQOO’s proprietary Q3 gaming chip. The device offers up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage.

The smartphone features a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display boasting a 2K resolution (3,168 × 1,440px) and an impressive 144Hz refresh rate. This panel supports a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and houses a 16MP front-facing camera along with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

While gaming is a key focus for the 15T, it also introduces the brand's first 200MP main camera, featuring a 1/1.56” sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The rear camera setup also includes a 50MP ultrawide lens.

Another noteworthy feature is the 8,000mAh Si-C battery, which supports rapid 100W wired charging. Although it lacks wireless charging, the 15T is designed with IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. It operates on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16.

iQOO 15T is available in black, white, and gradient colors.
The base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at CNY 3,799 ($558/€480 equivalent), while the premium variant with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage retails for CNY 5,699 ($836/€721 equivalent).
