Recent rumors surrounding the upcoming Honor Magic9 series have surfaced, indicating that all three models will boast upgraded batteries compared to their predecessors.
According to tipster Smart Pikachu, the Magic9 series will feature impressive 8,000 mAh batteries. For comparison, last year’s Magic8 series included batteries ranging from 7,000 mAh in the standard model to 7,200 mAh in the Magic8 Pro RSR.
This isn’t the first mention of 8,000 mAh batteries for the Magic9 series; a tip from March suggested that the standard Magic9 would also come equipped with an 8,000 mAh battery.
Beyond the battery enhancements, all three models of the Honor Magic9 series are expected to feature 1.5K resolution OLED screens and 200MP main cameras, complete with advanced image stabilization and ARRI video capabilities. Historically, the last two generations of Honor Magic flagships launched in October, allowing for ample time for additional specifications and rumors concerning the Magic9 to develop.
