The Tecno Pova 8 was previously identified on the Google Play Console last month, indicating its imminent release. Now, the Pova 8 Pro has obtained its own certification, confirming its addition to the company's lineup alongside the standard model.
Positioned as the successor to the Pova 7 Pro, which debuted last summer, the Pova 8 Pro has been certified by TUV Rheinland and the FCC. These certifications have disclosed that the device features a battery with a rated capacity of 6,340 mAh, which is likely to be marketed as a typical capacity of 6,500 mAh.
The FCC documentation also provides insight into the phone's dimensions, revealing it measures 162 x 77 x 8 mm. The Pova 8 Pro is expected to support 5G, NFC, Bluetooth, and dual-band Wi-Fi. Additionally, there will be a version equipped with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, with other configurations anticipated.
