Last year, we learned that Honor's Robot Phone would enter mass production in the first half of 2026. Later, rumors emerged suggesting the smartphone would launch in Q3 2026. These rumors have now been officially validated, as Honor has confirmed that the Robot Phone will indeed launch in Q3 2026, specifically between July and September.
This confirmation was made during the Cannes China Night event, where Honor showcased the Robot Phone's impressive imaging capabilities to attendees. During this event, Honor also reiterated that the Robot Phone, equipped with a 4DoF gimbal system, will be the first device to benefit from the Honor-ARRI partnership announced in March.
Honor is marketing the Robot Phone as the "next evolution of mobile filmmaking and AI hardware innovation." Although many of its technical specifications and features remain undisclosed, Honor has assured that more information will be released "very soon."
