According to Samsung, all devices undergo rigorous cleaning, testing, and restoration to ensure they are in like-new condition. Certified technicians perform this work at approved facilities. Each refurbished phone is equipped with the latest software and includes a 1-year warranty, just like new devices.
Samsung specialists meticulously inspect each component for quality assurance and functionality. If replacements are necessary, only genuine Samsung parts are utilized. Furthermore, each device must undergo intensive testing before being packaged in an official box, which includes a quick start guide, a data cable, and a SIM ejector pin.
