The rising costs of premium smartphones have become a concern for potential buyers. Recently, interest in the Oppo Find X9 Ultra surged during a poll, with two-thirds of respondents expressing curiosity about the device. However, only half of these voters felt they could afford such an expensive handset. Priced at €1,700, the X9 Ultra isn't the most expensive Ultra model, but it certainly commands a significant premium.
To justify the hefty price tag, many consumers are considering trade-in offers, bundled deals like the Hasselblad Earth Explorer Kit, and other incentives. While some are eyeing alternative Ultra models—such as the pricier vivo X300 Ultra—this group remains in the minority.

The Oppo Find X9s faces a unique challenge; the poll revealed that only a small percentage of participants expressed interest in this model. Nevertheless, this number could increase with favorable reviews or a price reduction. Surprisingly, it isn't the standard Find X9 attracting more attention; rather, the compact Find X9s Pro seems to pose a more formidable competition, even though it will only be available in China. Furthermore, around one-third of respondents have opted to look at other smartphones, suggesting that even impressive reviews and discounts may not persuade them to consider the Oppo Find X9s.

Following the poll, Oppo confirmed that both the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s are set to launch in India on May 15. However, pricing details have yet to be officially announced. For context, the Find X9 is priced at ₹75,000, while the Find X9 Pro retails for ₹110,000.
