iQOO 15T Specifications Leak: What to Expect from the Upcoming Phone

iQOO has begun teasing its upcoming 15T model, and today, a well-known leaker on Weibo, Digital Chat Station, has disclosed its complete specifications.

The 15T is expected to feature a 6.83-inch QHD+ flat OLED display, a dual rear camera setup comprising a 200MP main camera and a 50MP secondary camera, and a 16MP front-facing camera. It will also support 100W wired charging.

The device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC and will include a battery capacity of at least 8,000 mAh. The 15T will reportedly be available in five configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, 16GB RAM with 256GB storage, 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 1TB storage. Additionally, it will come in three different color options and feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, full water resistance, and a metal frame.

While the exact launch date remains uncertain, the teaser campaign suggests that the official announcement will occur before the end of this month. It is still unknown whether iQOO plans to release the 15T outside of China.
