Although the OnePlus 16 is still months away from its official launch, several leaks and rumors have emerged. Reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has suggested that the device will be powered by Qualcomm's forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro SoC.
In a recent Weibo post, the tipster reiterated that the OnePlus 16 will indeed feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro (SM8975) and provided some details about the flagship's display.
OnePlus 15According to DCS, the OnePlus 16 will boast a custom 6.78-inch LTPO BOE display with a resolution of 1.5K and narrow bezels measuring approximately 1mm on all sides.
Moreover, the display is expected to feature a minimum refresh rate of 185Hz, with OnePlus targeting a maximum of 240Hz. DCS also indicated that the OnePlus 16's display may include a custom touch control IC and could support the BT.2020 color gamut.
