Introducing the Vivo Y6t: Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, Impressive 6,500 mAh Battery

Vivo has officially unveiled the Y6t, a smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC. The device features a 6.74-inch LCD display boasting a resolution of 720x1600 and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

On the rear, the Y6t houses a 13MP camera, while a 5MP front-facing camera is available for selfies. A robust 6,500 mAh battery ensures extended usage, supporting 15W wired charging. The phone operates on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 layered on top.

For added convenience, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner is integrated into the power button. The Y6t supports 5G connectivity and retains a 3.5mm headphone jack. It measures 167.4 x 77.1 x 8.39 mm and weighs 209g.

The Y6t is available in China in black, white, and blue color options, with various configurations: 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage for CNY 1,699 ($249), 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage for CNY 1,899 ($278), and 6GB of RAM with 256GB of storage, also priced at CNY 1,899.

The smartphone is currently available for pre-order on Vivo China's official website, with a launch date set for April 27 at 10 AM local time. It remains uncertain whether the Y6t will be released in other markets.
