The Redmi K series continues to set new standards in smartphone technology with the announcement of the Redmi K90 Max. This device features a high-performance chipset, an integrated cooling fan, and an impressive 8,500mAh Si-C battery equipped with 100W fast charging capabilities.

This device includes a 6,000mm² vapor chamber that, along with the active cooling fan, can reduce the K90 Max’s internal temperature by as much as 10 degrees Celsius. Remarkably, the K90 Max maintains IP66/68/69 ingress protection ratings, ensuring durability.

The phone features a stunning 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,722 x 1,280 pixels, 12-bit color depth, and a 165Hz refresh rate. This TCL-produced panel utilizes M10 luminous technology, achieving a peak local brightness of up to 3,500 nits. Additionally, it incorporates an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and houses a 20MP front-facing camera in a punch-hole cutout. The device is enhanced with stereo speakers that feature Bose sound tuning.

Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the K90 Max's 1/1.55-inch 50MP main camera (Light Hunter 800) with optical image stabilization and an 8MP ultrawide lens (OV08F). The device runs on Android 16, layered with Xiaomi Hyper OS 3.0, featuring an 8,500mAh Si-C battery that supports 100W wired charging and 22.5W reverse wired charging, along with bypass charging capabilities.

The Redmi K90 Max is available in black, blue, and silver color options, starting at CNY 3,199 ($469) for the 12/256GB model. The premium 16GB RAM and 1TB storage variant is priced at CNY 4,699 ($690). While open sales have commenced in China, Xiaomi has not yet disclosed plans for an international release.
