Recently, Lenovo announced its return to the smartphone market with a refresh of the Legion Y70, originally launched in 2022. The upcoming 2026 edition is likely to be a completely new device, reusing the previous name for brand recognition, particularly in China.
Today, the company released a teaser video showcasing the design of the new Y70. The device features a design heavily inspired by Motorola, a brand owned by Lenovo, indicating a strategic reuse of familiar aesthetics to streamline development.
While specific technical specifications have yet to be disclosed, it is confirmed that the new Y70 will incorporate advanced AI features. Lenovo has also announced that the official unveiling of the device will take place on May 19.
