Vivo has announced the forthcoming launch of the X300s in China, revealing several key specifications previously hinted at as the X300 Max. The ‘s’ variant is expected to be announced alongside the vivo X300 Ultra.
This confirmation was made by vivo’s Product Manager, Han Boxiao, on Weibo, highlighting that the X300s will be a larger and enhanced version of the standard X300.

The device will feature a flat 6.78-inch AMOLED display, utilizing a BOE Q10+ panel. This display will support a 144Hz refresh rate, alongside a 1.5K resolution and Circular Polarization Light 2.0 technology, designed to offer enhanced eye protection.

Additionally, the vivo X300s will be equipped with dual 1511 symmetric speakers and include the Super-sense Gaming Audio Zone feature, which vivo claims can enhance in-game audio detail by up to 120%.

The device will also incorporate the 751440 vibration motor, promising improved haptic feedback.
Importantly, the vivo executive confirmed that the X300s will feature a 200MP main rear camera, although specific details regarding the remaining camera system were not disclosed.
Recent leaks suggest that the handset may come equipped with the Dimensity 9500 SoC. Additionally, it is rumored to include a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, a robust 7,000mAh battery, and an IP69 rating.
