Honor has announced its participation in this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) and will showcase the Magic V6 foldable phone along with the Honor Robot Phone. In a surprising twist, the company will also introduce its very first humanoid robot.
The Honor Magic V6 is set to be the foldable phone with the largest battery on the market. Additionally, attendees can expect to see the Honor MagicPad 4 tablet and the MagicBook Pro 14 laptop, both featuring ultra-slim designs and advanced AI capabilities.
Honor's Debut Humanoid Robot at MWC
In an exciting development, Honor will present its inaugural humanoid robot, although details remain limited beyond the teaser image shared above and the accompanying teaser video.
Honor is committed to advancing AI technology, and creating humanoid robots presents unique challenges beyond what’s faced with large language models (LLMs). Unlike LLMs, building humanoid robots cannot rely solely on internet-sourced data.
Continuing from the Alpha Plan introduced at last year’s MWC, Honor states that “this year’s launch will showcase our latest advancements from flagship devices to robotics, furthering our vision of a synergized future between humans and machines.”
