Motorola is set to unveil the Edge 70 Fusion shortly. Initially, rumors suggested it would be equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC. However, the smartphone was subsequently listed on Geekbench featuring the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip, creating some confusion. A recently leaked marketing image has now verified that the Edge 70 Fusion will indeed be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset.
Furthermore, this image indicates that the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion will come with 12GB of RAM, although there have been mentions of an 8GB variant as well.

The expected specifications of the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion include 256GB of storage, a 6.78" 144Hz AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, brightness reaching up to 5,200 nits, and a robust 7,000 mAh battery with 68W fast charging capabilities.

The device is anticipated to feature a 32MP front camera, complemented by a primary rear camera equipped with a 50MP LYTIA sensor. It will operate on Android 16 and is rumored to receive three major OS upgrades. Additionally, the Edge 70 Fusion is expected to be IP68 and IP69-rated and will hold a MIL-STD-810H certification.
