According to leakster Yogesh Brar, Xiaomi is set to unveil two flagship models from its 17 series on the global market during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) period, specifically from March 2-5. These devices are expected to launch in Europe just prior to the event, with India following shortly after in early March.
The global lineup will include the standard Xiaomi 17 and the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, which will feature a Leica Edition. However, the 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max models will remain exclusive to the Chinese market.

While these devices may look familiar, newly leaked images provide a clearer view of the Xiaomi 17 and 17 Ultra tailored for international customers. These visuals also outline the available color options.
The Xiaomi 17 will be offered in three colors: Blue, Green, and Black. Notably, the Green hue is a new addition, not available in the Chinese version. While China received a Pink variant, it will not be part of the global release.
Xiaomi 17 Color Options
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra will be available in Starry Green, White, and Black. The Chinese model featured a similar Green option and also included a Purple variant. However, the exclusive Leica Edition, which comes in Black and Off White, is not pictured.
Xiaomi 17 Ultra Color Options
One significant detail to note is that the global version of the Xiaomi 17 Ultra will have a reduced battery capacity of 6,000mAh, compared to the 6,800mAh found in the Chinese variant. Despite this reduction, the size of the phone will remain the same at 8.29mm, and the weight is anticipated to be consistent at around 223g. The Leica Edition is slightly thicker at 8.46mm and weighs 230g.
Xiaomi 17 Ultra
In terms of pricing, a previous leak suggested that the Xiaomi 17 with 512GB of storage will retail for €1,100, indicating that the 256GB base model may be priced at €1,000. For the Xiaomi 17 Ultra with 512GB storage, the price is expected to be €1,500. These prices mirror those of the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Ultra, which similarly made their global debut at MWC 2025.
