Motorola introduced the G15, an entry-level 4G smartphone, in December 2024, with its official release occurring in February. Given the timing, it seems only natural for a successor, the G17, to be on the horizon. Motorola is indeed developing the G17.

An FAQ page for the G17, detailing SIM card insertion and removal, is already available on Motorola's US support site. It confirms the phone's development and its capability to support microSD cards of up to 1TB. Furthermore, it is noted that a Moto G17 Power will also be launched, similar to the G15 and G15 Power's simultaneous debut.
